Conversation download API functionality has been temporarily disabled due to rate-limiting issues. This does not affect the normal day-to-day use of Atlas. Please contact the Helpdesk if you have any questions.

We want to inform you about an incident that occurred on May 6th between 11:20-11:25 CEST, which affected Atlas web. During this time, users may have experienced temporary service degradation, forced logouts.
The issue has since been resolved, and all systems are operating normally. Our team will conduct a post-incident review to ensure improved detection and response in the future.
