Update on resolved incident impacting the Atlas Platform

We want to inform you about an incident that occurred on September 13 between 22:36–23:30 CEST, which affected the Atlas Platform services and functions. During this time, users experienced loss of functionality.
The issue was caused by a configuration error in how certain services connected to the cache. After an automatic failover, some requests continued pointing to the wrong node, which was in read-only mode.
We resolved the issue by updating all services to use the correct cluster connection, ensuring smooth failover in the future. All systems are now fully operational.
