We have completed the patching to resolve the issue. The Survey Portal is now available for use.

We have temporarily restricted public internet access to the Survey portal and administration as a precaution following the recently disclosed PHP vulnerabilities. We expect minor impact to the sending of surveys.

We are monitoring traffic and will add any required IP addresses to the allowlist as they are identified. We will provide further updates as remediation progresses.
